Living and loving
Through your help and generosity, we are doing more than ever before in our community and our world, but as more and more people come to find a new life in Christ, we believe there is more that we can do together.
Church, we couldn’t be more excited about this season! Not only is it a time to reflect on God’s gift to us, His Son, Jesus – but it’s also a time to give to others. We’ve got a real, tangible and most of all, huge opportunity ahead of us. Will you join us as we look to make an even greater impact in 2022?

Start + Strengthen churches
Develop church leaders
All churches need strong leaders who both know about God’s Word and can effectively communicate it to people. There’s a lot that goes into leading each church, so we support and facilitate programs that help people learn how to be great church leaders! Over the past 20 years, Calvary has not only equipped each of us as we give of our time and abilities, but we have also worked alongside of others to develop the next level of church leaders. Through this, we have trained workers in India who have started hundreds of new churches, identified new church leaders in Romania and have raised up over 100 church workers through our internship and residency program locally.
kids + teens
We love kids and teens! They’re not just an exciting group inside of our church, but rather the next generation of Calvary! Research shows that the majority of people form their life-long opinion about Jesus before they reach adulthood. This means that our chance to catalyze the work that Jesus will do starts now, when this generation is here, with us! Together, we work diligently to help each know and understand that they matter to us, they matter to God, and that they matter to His mission! But, it doesn’t start and end inside of our walls and because of this, we’re continuing work in 2022 in order to reach even more kids and teens for years to come!
1 Peter 3:8 reminds us that we are to be sympathetic, to love one another, to be compassionate and humble. As a church, when we take care of others, we are compassionate. This isn’t new to Calvary, or any other church. Each week there are many ways that we each find opportunities to show compassion. Jesus was compassionate, and our mission is to live and love as He did. We want to be even more strategic in our vision for showing compassion in our local area.
